Once a pack is "Confirmed", the venue has locked your spot.

Refunds appear in your wallet immediately and can be used for any future pack with one click.

Option 2: Original Payment Method (3-5 Days)
Funds are sent back to your bank account or card. Timeline depends on your bank.

Venue Cancellations

In the rare event that a venue partner cancels an experience after confirmation (due to weather, maintenance, etc.), PackÁwa will process a 100% refund to all members and provide a ₦2,000 credit for your next adventure as an apology.
