1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PackÁwa, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services. PackÁwa provides a platform to facilitate group bookings and experiences at partner venues.
2. Pack Formation & Confirmation
A "Pack" is a group of users joining the same experience. Experiences are only confirmed once the minimum number of participants (the "Minimum Pack Size") has been met. If a Pack does not reach its minimum size by the specified deadline, the experience will be cancelled, and all participants will receive a full refund.
3. User Conduct
PackÁwa is built on community and mutual respect. Users are expected to maintain a high standard of behavior during experiences. We reserve the right to ban users who disrupt the social vibe or violate safety protocols of partner venues.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed securely via our local partners (e.g., Paystack). Funds are held until the Pack is confirmed. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on refunds after confirmation.
